Saying that someone isn’t a ‘true fan’ is just childish. It doesn’t prove a thing. Most people are entitled to change their minds about how they feel about a band after almost 6 years of waiting. Change is good, as I said ‘I’m all for it’.

I suppose it’s either you love it or hate it?

I guess I like the sound, I just don’t like the woman. I just can’t get over all those years of ‘oh, well he only was in it for the money’ who sticks with a band for 5 plus years just for the money. They been there with her since day one. It’s not all their faults, I’m so sure Amy is probably the bigger piece as to why we see new band members with each recent album.

That’s all I’m going to say about this whole childish ‘feud’ that I’m seeing. I’m guilty for having condone to it but I’m over it now.

Most people on here only care about what Amy looks like anyways. :/

If you see the interviews of the band that were before Amy fired John and rocky left, you can understand why they were fired. Their tone was just awful, i would have been upset if she didn’t fire them. Amy Lee is a great women. Yes, she is the biggest part of Evanescence because she writes music, lyrics, and is the lead singer (which i hate to break it to you, that tends to be the most important position in a band, especially when you have a voice like hers)

The new sound is fucking amazing, im tired of all the stupid people like you who act like they’re too good for Evanescence.
